"Coe and his staff have been very helpful. They helped reduce my car insurance with “ drive safe” and a safe driving course. Both are easy to do and they can reduce your insurance. Also my roof had hail and wind damage. At first State Farm was only replacing half of my roof. I asked Coe to see what he could do. Coe came through and now my whole roof will be replaced. "Was with liberty mutual called them about something on my bill and they put my bill up and said they cnt do nothing I end up calling Siobhan from state farm mannn she did her thing very Professional gave a run down on what plan can she put me on mannn wen she gave me that price with more stuff added to my plan that liberty had for me and it was wayyyy cheaper I give it up to her not only because it's cheap it the way she treated me thanx Siobhan for ur services happy that I join a new family"

"While in good standing with State Farm I tried to move offices to this office from another office. I called 4 times and got the run around. I will go somewhere else. Also during my first 3 calls I did receive the “ok” to change locations to this office from my current agent. Odd how this changed. Why waste my time? The morals of my other agent has nothing to do with this as he gave me the ok to change offices. Please put your personal social values away and have your office do what they say they will do."

"I'm sorry that you feel we were not responsive to your interest in switching agencies, however I agree with the strong ethics of your current Agent and would have handled your request the same way. I believe my office was at least the fourth other State Farm Agency who you sought to handle your unique request. I am certainly willing to speak with you to explain that what you requested is not condoned by State Farm's corporate requirements for its independent contractor agents. Doing what you requested would be grounds for State Farm to terminate my contract with State Farm to be an agent of the company, and I have thousands of customers who are counting on me to continue to be their State Farm Agent. I wish you only the best and hope you understand why a transfer to my office would not change the response to your request. - Coe Bancroft, State Farm Agent P.S. I'm sorry that my office Team Members who took your first calls gave you the impression that a transfer was approved, when they were trying to be sympathetic that you were frustrated with your current Agent. We should have made it clear that there is a process to change from one in-state State Farm Agent to another, which includes the requested Agent agreeing that you would be better served with the transfer. And it also should have been made clear that your transfer was not yet approved, as it had not even been submitted to State Farm for processing without my authorization. I certainly apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this matter caused you."

"Do not waste your time trying to work with this particular office. I’ve been waiting for three weeks now to hear back from them on a quote. I have called a couple of times on the status to only be told that they will get back to me and no one ever did."

"Coe & State Farm is the way to go for insurance and service. Him and his great staff have helped us thru the years by covering our home and vehicles. No problem is too big (New England winters) or small (windshield cracks) and no question is too dumb to ask of Coe and his staff. Always friendly and professional.
